Christmas with our Little Elizabeth

Christmas was very different this year. First, it didn’t quite feel like the Christmases I’m used to having. Second, we had Little Lizzy for the first time. She just got her six month vaccinations a week ago, so she was a little grumpier than usual. It wasn’t too bad, though. She definitely pulled off a bunch of cute reactions.

On Christmas Eve, we went over to the Stufflebeam grandparents. She got a huge diaper bag full of presents. The diaper bag was obviously more for my sake, but she got to pull all of the presents out of it. The wrapping paper and the ribbon were extremely entertaining. One of Elizabeth’s presents was a baby doll. She tried to feed the baby doll the ribbon she was chewing on, and then she started poking its eyes.

On Christmas Day, Michael and I gave her a ring stacker, a piano with four keys, and some new clothes. Santa gave her a pink rubber ducky. She had a bath with the ducky later that day, and didn’t really know what to make of it.

Then we went to visit the Shelton grandparents. Her grandma gave her a laptop, and even though she has her own now, a laptop is no fun unless Mommy is playing with it, so here is her message to everyone: Cfcvcccccccffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffxc cfxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxv zbdgvb nnnnnbvnnnnnnhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhcvvbhhhhhh hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhvbnnnnnnnnnnnnvbbb
I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas! Good luck with the New Year!
